This policy explains what we do with your personal information when you use this website or buy from us. We have tried to write it in plain English rather than in the language of a document nobody reads.

Who is responsible

PT Naga Warmita Global is the controller of your personal data. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page.

What we collect

• Order details — your name, phone or WhatsApp number, delivery address, what you ordered and what you paid.
• Your messages — the content of WhatsApp or email correspondence with us.
• Age confirmation — the fact that you confirmed you are 21 or older, and when.
• Retailer enquiries — if you use the stockist form, the business details you enter.

We do not collect payment card details. We never handle them, because no payment is taken on this website.

What this website stores on your device

This site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics. It stores two things in your browser's local storage, on your device only:

Neither is sent to us or to anyone else. Clearing your browser data removes both.

Why we use it

• To take, pack, deliver and account for your order — we cannot do any of that without it.
• To answer your questions and handle problems, returns or refunds.
• To meet our legal obligations, including Indonesian tax, accounting and excise rules, and the requirement not to sell nicotine products to minors.
• To contact you about your own order. We do not add you to a marketing list because you bought something.

Who we share it with

• Couriers and delivery drivers — your name, address and phone number, so the parcel can reach you.
• Payment providers and our bank — where you pay by transfer or QRIS.
• Government authorities — where we are legally required to provide information.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept for as long as Indonesian tax and accounting law requires us to keep them. Enquiries and general correspondence are deleted once they are no longer useful, normally within two years.

Your rights

Under Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi (the Personal Data Protection Law) you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy;
• correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
• delete your data, where we are not required to keep it;
• stop or restrict how we use it; or
• withdraw consent you previously gave.

Email us and we will respond. We may need to confirm who you are first.

Security

We keep order records to the people who need them to fulfil your order. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not hold card details, and we will never ask you for a password, a PIN or an OTP.

People under 21

This website and our products are for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 21. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page.
