Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by PT Naga Warmita Global, a company registered in Indonesia, at Jalan Sudirman No. 22, RT 1 / RW 1, Kel. Pengajuran, Kec. Banyuwangi. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company.

Age restriction

We may ask for photo ID at any point, including at the door on delivery. We will refuse or cancel any order where we are not satisfied that the buyer and the recipient are of legal age, and we will not knowingly supply anyone buying on behalf of someone under 21.

The product

Dragon Snus is a tobacco-free nicotine pouch, classified in Indonesia as HPTL and carrying an excise stamp. It contains nicotine, which is addictive.

We make no health, medical or therapeutic claims about this product. It is not a medicine, not a smoking cessation aid, and is not presented as safer or healthier than anything else. It is not for use by non-users of nicotine, by anyone under 21, or by anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, diabetes or any other health concern, speak to a doctor before using nicotine.

Orders

Adding items to the cart on this website is not an order and does not charge you. The checkout composes a message you send to us. That message is an offer to buy. A contract exists only once we have confirmed the order and the total, including delivery, back to you.

We may decline or cancel an order — before or after confirmation — if we are out of stock, if a price or description was clearly wrong, if we suspect the buyer is under age, if we suspect fraud, or if we believe the product is being bought for onward resale without a stockist agreement. If you have already paid, you get a full refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indonesian rupiah and include any Indonesian taxes applicable to the product. Delivery is charged separately as set out in our shipping policy.

No payment is taken on this website. Payment is arranged directly with us. We will never ask you for a card PIN, an OTP or a password.

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one we confirm to you.

How you may use the site and the product

• Do not buy from us for commercial resale unless you have a stockist agreement with us. If you want one, ask — we are generally happy to say yes.

Intellectual property

The DRAGON SNUS name, logo, can design, photography and site content are protected and may not be used without written permission. DRAGON SNUS is a registered trademark.

Accuracy

We try to keep product information, prices and stock on this site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it is free of error. Images are representative; packaging and design may change. If a material error affects your order, we will tell you before we proceed and you can cancel.

Our liability

We are responsible for supplying a product that matches its description and is of satisfactory quality. We are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, for loss of profit or business, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control — including courier failure, natural events, power or network outages, or changes in law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability under Undang-Undang No. 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen.

Governing law
